James Allen’s career in Real Estate began in Columbus, Ohio where he quickly excelled into the top ten of his firm. Four states and 25
years later James brings a history of knowledge and integrity. His Real Estate background is supported by the vast network and client
base founded through each location including a variety of property types in higher profile areas of Beverly Hills residences in California
to Turnberry Towers High-rises in Las Vegas.
First licensed in1976, he quickly grasped the art of rehabilitating older homes for rentals and understood the benefit for his clients in
this arena. It was this niche that allowed him to excel to one of the top ten agents in a mid sized Columbus firm.
James subsequently returned Los Angeles, California, his home town, in 1979 and serviced the west L.A. area including Beverly Hills
and Culver City and converted his Motown contacts from previous years to a loyal client base. While servicing the greater LA area he
was recruited by a Better Homes and Garden Real Estate firm of Pasadena to join as an office and training manager in their San
Marino and Altadena locations.
1990, James moved his services to Scottsdale, Arizona, where he spent the following nine years in general sales with an emphasis on
property management. The Phoenix market allowed him to hone his management skills in both long and short term rentals.
1998, James moved to The Las Vegas Valley and began a more focused look at Property management as a career move. Over a three
year period he maintained his position as a top producer in sales as well as building an inventory of over 125 homes, many of which he
still holds in the company inventory today.
