Rich Danner has been involved in the sale of commercial real estate and
business brokerage for 18 years in northern Nevada. Prior to his real estate
career, Rich has launched several successful startup companies including a retail
food service co., wholesale food manufacturing, packaging and distributing co., full
line vending co., premier events catering service., and food service consulting co.
He has also served as the Assistant Food and Beverage Director of a large
Hotel/Casino property in Reno where he managed 800 + employees and $
18-million in annual revenues. With his vast experience and the knowledge he
acquired from managing his own businesses, Rich has a deep understanding of

Wayne Kemmerle - Salesperson
Experience Counts! With an early background in the hospitality industry, Wayne
has represented some of the leading companies in that field in Southern and
Northern California. Moving to Reno in 1978, Wayne opened and successfully (and
profitably) operated three food businesses for several years, later selling them at a
profit as viable enterprises.
Wayne has been licensed with the Nevada Real Estate Division for 28 years and
has been involved in Business Brokerage during that period in Northern Nevada.
He has handled virtually every type of business, i. e., restaurants and bars, fast
foods, gaming, retail, wholesale, distribution, light manufacturing, service, printing,
concessions, convenience market/gas stations, entertainment venues, and many
types of franchises.
He also was approved as an Instructor by the Nevada Real Estate Division for
classes in Business Opportunities and Commercial Leases,.teaching for 10 years
in Reno and Carson City.

Toby Tatum - Business Broker / Salesperson
After graduating from San Francisco State University with a Master’s Degree in
Business Administration, rather than seek employment in the corporate world, Mr.
Tatum bought a small business. He bought a restaurant which employed 11
people grossing $300,000 per year in sales revenue. From that beginning, Mr.
Tatum built the company to a chain of six restaurants, employing 275 people,
including 22 salaried managers with annual gross sales of $9 million.
Mr. Tatum sold his company in 1995 and relocated to Northern Nevada where he
became a business broker and business appraiser. Mr. Tatum is one of only four
Certified Business Appraisers in Nevada. Mr. Tatum is a former columnist for the
Reno Gazette-Journal where he wrote the semi-monthly column Small Businesses
and a former columnist for Northbay Biz magazine where he wrote monthly column
Business Beat. Additionally, Mr. Tatum has published two books: Anatomy of a
Business Purchase Offer: Step-by-Step Instructions for Preparing a Successful Offer
and Transaction Patterns: Obtaining Maximum Knowledge from the Bizcomps
Database.
Mr. Tatum is currently one of only three individuals approved by the Nevada Real
Estate Division to teach the State’s mandated Business Opportunity Brokerage
Permit course. This 24-hour course is required of all individuals who engage in
business brokerage in Nevada.

B.S Degree in Accounting and an administrator and manager in the financial arena
for twenty-seven years in the United States and seven countries around the world is

Haskins and Sells, so “working the numbers” is another one of my skills. After I
retired in 1991, I spent the next ten years contracting my expertise to General Motors
